At the head of multiple complex programs and projects, the RN Director of Risk and Quality will work to improve safety and clinical operations for the patients, the staff, and the entire community. Along with coordinating performance excellence initiatives and analyzing risk data, you will also be helping this healthcare system grow sustainably by providing proof of improvement and protecting the system from external issues.


Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, and working in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and other administrative staff, the Inpatient Director of Quality Management and Risk will serve as the acute care medical center?s primary Compliance Officer and Chair of the Committee on Safety. This means that you will have a crucial part to play in the Physician Peer Review process, you will lead all TJC Accreditation and regulatory surveys, and you will ensure that the most current evidence-based practices are followed by the medical and nursing staff.
